Getting that information will help you keep a good track of the weight loss program. If possible, engage an expert to help you determine your calories count but don’t deal with assumptions.
Exercising- there is nothing like losing weight minus exercise. For all the efforts you put into cutting down weight including lowering carb in your diet, you must complement that with some work outs. You should have at least one hour of exercising everyday and this will not be very challenging if you are used to bodybuilding.
Activity- the more you engage in activities such as gardening and sports, the more you stand chances of losing weight very fast. Do not spend most of your time playing computer games or watching TV which will deny you the opportunity to engage in rigorous activities that aid in weight loss.
The general thing with all these principles is remaining consistent in everything that you do. If you are dieting or exercising, that should be repeated every day without any omissions. If your weight loss program stretches for one month, it has to be that one month and not three weeks or two months. Ensure there is nothing that comes in between you and the program you have designed for losing weight.
